13. Termination

Either party may terminate services as follows:

• By You: You may cancel your services at any time by providing written notice according to your service agreement
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your services immediately for violation of these Terms or non-payment
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Negotiation: The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
